Iâm really sad to have to leave this review. I really wanted to like this place. So much so that when I heard about it, I decided to drive 1 hour 45 minutes to visit it. I will say it wasnât a terrible experience, but it just wasnât what I expected. When I walked in the employee greeted me with a quick hello then went back to what he was doing at the counter, looked like some computer work or checking in a shipment. He never offered help in finding a cigar or joined me in the humidor or provided any assistance. Normally, at every other shop the employee will at least join you in the humidor and ask if you need any assistance or offer suggestions. I know what cigars I like, but I had heard this place offered several âboutiqueâ brands that I had not tried. I was hoping to get some suggestions. I wandered around the humidor for quite some time, and the employee never stopped over to see if I needed help, he seemed preoccupied with the counter work. Sure, I could have asked him for help, but at a place trying to market itself as a higher end lounge this should not be necessary. At all the lounges I do frequent if the employees do not recognize a customer they will offer a quick tour of the place, show where restrooms are, show the members only lounge if applicable, etc etc. this did not happen here. I do not believe the employee said many more words to me my whole trip aside from asking if I was paying cash or credit. The lounge is loud. I believe itâs a combination of the smoke eaters and very high ceilings but the noise in there was substantial and there were only ~8 people in the lounge. The location and building is beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable and higher end. Itâs bright and open and the lounge is really well done. I think this place has the bones to be a great shop and lounge but the customer service would keep me from returning. I planned to spend the day here and smoke a couple cigars, but I smoked about 3/4 of the one I bought...
Read moreSo was my first trip to Creekside, soon as you open your vehicle door you smell the beautiful smell of CIGARS, Knew immediately I was gonna love this place. Upon entering a friendly gentleman (sorry didnât get his name đ) welcomed me in showed me into the Humidor and made a couple suggestions and then Just let me browse with no pressure, I selected a La Flora Dominica, paid and joined my buddies on a comfortable couch, the gentleman then brought over a carafe of water and glass, to cleanse your palate l, a very nice touch. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was relaxed, big screen TVs comfy couches, and an outdoor porch to sit and enjoy nature, they also have couple roll up garage doors to combine indoor outdoor, I brought a Baja Blast with me but appears they sell soda ( or pop depending on location ha) Prices where fair, they have a members area but donât know anything about it. Although itâs a bit of a drive, by far one of the best Cigar Lounges Iâve been too! Definitely a MUST Visit for any Cigar smoker, whether youâre an Aficionado or a newbie check out Creekside Cigar Co I DEFINITELY WILL RETURN THANK YOU...
Read moreCreekside is more than a cigar lounge. Itâs a community. When I came to Ohio house searching I stopped by before looking at a house in south Lebanon. Connor and Noah were the tobacconist working the shift that day. Their knowledge and expertise, the way they walked me through the humidor, and the fact the lounge was only 9 minutes from the house I just toured made me choose to move within hiking distance of the lounge. The eclectic selection of boutique cigars, the expertise of the staff, and the welcoming of the community at Creekside had me joining as a member on only my second visit. Creekside is one of the diamonds in the rough of the cigar lounge landscape that truly stands out, no matter if youâre smoking a family reserve, or one of their phenomenal house blends that they curate for their members. No matter if you are stopping in for a quick smoke or sharing stories and bourbon with the community, Creekside will make you...
