Hamilton Heights Market Inc — Local services in Hamilton Township

I'm disappointed to leave this review because I used to love their hoagies, but now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I cannot believe how they are willing to treat their customers.

On Saturday I visited for a quick bite while I was in the area visiting family. As I tried to leave the parking lot I was physically unable to because their parking lot asphalt was all over my tire and scraping my wheel well. There's was about 3 inches of asphalt on my tire and no signs or anything to warn people. It took hours of scraping asphalt off before my car was drivable again. I had to replace the tire completely and have my car balanced, because it was a THICK patch of asphalt.

I tried to call and speak with the manager or owner and the woman I spoke to hung up on me. I called back to speak to the owner and was hung up on again without soaking to anyone. I was not asking for them to cover the full costs of replacing my tires, but at least for some acknowledgment that they cost me $350 more than I had anticipated when I went there for lunch. The woman I spoke to was very disrespectful. I am genuinely disgusted by the way she escalated the conversation before hanging up on me. I'll never spend another dollar at...

Have called twice to place an order at 7pm or a little before and they have "turned off the grill." At 7pm you don't close till 8pm! It's called staying after work to clean up..not walking out at 8pm... A. People have jobs and children with activities after work. B. No other restaurant you call/or walk into says we can't serve you...that's like throwing the owners money in the trash can. C. Maybe they should dock the paychecks of the people who refuse to serve the people who call orders in an hour before closing...might solve the problem. D. I noticed that someone had the same complaint and yet it's still happening! E. I've never worked a job that I was done and walked out at the time I was suppose to be off...EVER!! F. Such a shame...have really good hoagies...BUT...the workers have attitudes and don't get the orders right half of the time anymore due to not taking the time to listen to the customer! Time to make some changes...may even see some...

Not organized…walked in with three other people in the store…they asked who was next but knew their regular…4 more people came in behind me then all the sudden a line forms that pushed me to the back when I was next …so I dropped to 5th in line…then very rushed as I barely could grab a drink as they were trying to rush me through the register… I figured if I went to look for extra items, I will drop further in line and waste more time… I was going to grab some chips or something extra but was not worth it… not my first visit here and I live within about 2 miles of the place… It is lunchtime, so I’m assuming it’s a rush if you are a regular like here every day probably no big deal, but if you’re not a normal face they don’t seem to care that much… Quality of the sandwich is nothing great… but not the worst...
