My husband and I love everything about fall โ haunted houses, haunted trails, all of it. Since we bought property up north, we decided to check out the Mafia Haunted Trail, and wowโฆ we were not disappointed! We usually stick to places downstate, but this one totally surprised us, especially for being its first year and itโs already one of our favorites!
The scares were timed perfectly โ youโre walking through the dark woods, you start to relax, and then BAM, they get you again. The dark woodsy setting makes it super creepy in the best way. Just a heads-up: itโs a real trail, not paved, so wear decent shoes.
The staff was awesome, and like most haunted trails, no one touches you โ itโs all just good, spooky fun. We had a blast and canโt wait to go back next year!
At the end of our haunt, we even got the chance to meet the owner, Charles, and his brother. It was fascinating to hear how their story began, their love for the community, and how they successfully engineered many...
ย ย ย Read moreThis was a great time. My husband and our children went to check it out and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be back next year, cannot wait to see how they grow! "Chicken legs" the skeleton actor at the end was our favorite, thank you for interacting with our son and spooking our daughter and my husband (notoriusly difficult to truly spook). Everyone there were super nice and terrifying (the best combo). Loved how the actors use the names of you or your companions (if you tell them) and really go in on the fun, the maze is so disorienting, it made the experience so awesome. We love to visit spooky haunts and this has easily become a favorite. The history behind the property is quite interesting as well. Thank you guys for putting...
ย ย ย Read moreOur group had so much fun! I took my 12 year old, who is very hesitant with spooky trails. She did get spooked a few times. But after she said it was super fun! If you want the monsters to call out the name of your child, let the person at the start of the trail know and they will let the monsters know their name... It made for a more personalized, realistic event. The MAZE was wild. I couldn't see and went the wrong way and had to run by a monster to go back and try another way out. Super cool! They also had an amazing food truck on site, Noble concessions... The food was delicious. The chicken bacon ranch nachos and tacos were super tasty. Definitely made for a fun evening ๐ป๐
Didn't take any pictures inside, was to busy with the monsters...
