Definitely do not recommend!! I ordered some personalized shirts for my son and nephew for Christmas, needless to say they said these two items were included in the package with an ornament. The shirts were not in there considering the box was only 3 inches wide by 4 inches long. On November 21st I was told that it could take up to 10 days for a tracking number for them since it was an "error" on the distributors part. Now I am locked out of my account, they reset the password and I still can't access it. Almost like they deactivated my account because they didn't ship my items. This was my first time ordering with them and most certainly my last. The woman I spoke with today says that they're looking into it... For now 12 days and still have to wait longer.
