I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend this business to anyone. My first scheduled balloon ride, I arrived at the designated spot on time at 5:30 AM only for it be cancelled due to weather. I was disappointed but I understood safety precautions. My next rescheduled flight was cancelled again as well, but at least this time I was called the night before. Now on Saturday 7/3/21, I had yet another rescheduled flight. I arrive yet again at the designated spot at 5:30 AM. Nobody from their crew is there. I call the business line and a cell phone. No answer. I finally got a call back hours later, saying they forgot to call about my cancelled flight due to the heat that we've had the past 2 weeks. If the heat has been that bad for 2 weeks, why wasn't I informed my flight would be cancelled, even the night before? So on my Saturday morning, I had my time off wasted, wasted my gas money driving to the spot. The only response I received from the owner was insincere apologies and asking when I'd like to reschedule for. I am not interested of going through this process again. I know plenty of business owners, if any of them had made this sort of mistake with a paying customer, they would have offered a discounted ride, or even a free one to take care of their customers, or tried to make sure the customer got off the phone satisfied, instead of saying I will not use your company.
