I would leave zero if I could. Placed an order in June for the preorder dress and was fine to wait, I understand how preorders work. The dress came in in August, it was not cut right. You could barely get your arms in the sleeves. Called and was told no one else had said anything was wrong with the dress but I was welcomed to measure it. Called the next week because I wanted to see if I could return for store credit and was then told that yes, there were several complaints about the dress and I could get store credit. Placed an order in August using the store credit and this day, I have not received one thing from them. I called about the order several times and they were waiting on things to fillful the order to come in (even though it was listed on their website when I ordered it). Called last week and they were just going to issue a refund because they never sent what I had ordered like I was told they were going too, and it’s been over a week and still not refund done. Had to call back today and go through the entire ordeal again and now they are going to send what they have and issue a refund for the rest. How this store has so many sales, I don’t know, but this has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I have been a Boutique owner myself. They fulfilled my order with the wrong size for one of the tees. I have been back and forth via email with Kristi Babb, the owner, with empty promises of sending a replacement tee of the correct size and lies of sending the replacement shirt via UPS. It has been almost 2 months out from my original order and still do not have what I ordered. The tees that I did receive were so thin, you could see through them and the ink design was faded due to poor quality of production. The sweatshirt design was placed and pressed crooked. I am so disappointed. I do not recommend shopping this boutique. I follow an influencer on social media named Mrs Kari Clark and was persuaded to buy from this boutique. This kind of business discredits all of her content. This boutique should do better and do the right thing. Never again will I purchase anything from Sassy Frass. It’s really a shame what customer service has become. I wish I’d of read other reviews before I purchased. Warning, if the seller doesn’t have reviews on their website, stay away.
