I bought a fridge and dryer.I paid 75.00 for delivery too and both did not work. Second week replaced both ,now almost three weeks second fridge is broke. Now end of third week waited three days for another one and no response.When I called I was yelled at and hung up on.I had to go up there after complete hip replacement and was told I'm lucky cause they don't give refunds and only got 350.00 ,no taxes refund or any of 75.00 delivery fee either.My kids and I had to get the broken fridge out and no one tried to even pick this one back I think they know they sell bad appliances. Never buy anything from there. Especially if your a single disabled person.I even told them in advance I was having hip replacement surgery and needed to get everything handled now.Instead i lost about 400.00 cash to them and 300.00 in food too .BJ's cost me 1075.00 all together .That is a lot for one dryer (dryer had to be at least 15 years old )when you think about it! We purchased a refrigerator for around $300, yes we knew it was used and fixer upper. The first one we got didn't last a week, they did take it back and replace it sadly it was 4 more times before we got one that we thought would last, sadly it has died after almost 2 months. I went there for the first time last year and with the great prices I fully furnished my townhouse. Friendly, great service. I went back recently and purchased a washer/dryer, called today cause washer isn't spinning clothes dry. I was told that because I picked up set I had to bring washer back for them to look at.
