Attention Truckers: When arriving here you have to park at the staging area and than walk towards the left side of the security gate to check in. At security check in, give them your load info and phone # and they'll likely send you back to your truck and call you when a door is available.

You'll notice if you look at the top of the large arch at security you'll see numbered sections in which a driver must drive through. Ask security which section to drive under, this is so they can check your trailer before you proceed further. Also ask them where you need to drop off your BOL's if this is your 1st time here.

Docking is gonna be easy of the lot is clear and your door is not in between 2 docked trailers. After your unloaded walk to receiving to get your signed BOL's, drive to security leaving your doors open so they can verify your empty, and you should be good to go.

Overall the experience here was "OK". Most drivers shouldn't have too much trouble here as long as they make their appt times and receiving doesn't take too...

I have no use why this isn't a 5 star . Yes I said 5 star ! I had a 10:30 am apt . I checked in at 0800 . I was docked unloaded and departing before 10:30am. I checked with my Id Bols and written cell # on my Bols. The ladies working where extremely nice polite and knee their jobs .

This facility has over night parking I arrived at 10:30 pm there where several parking spaces . They have specific ladies and gents real plumbed restrooms ( not porta potties ) And they have a drivers lounge waiting area for those whom dont have cbs. I have dealt with horriable C&S facilities across the US . This is not one of them . These folks are awesome!!!

Okay, not the best but definitely not the worst place I’ve been to.

Only gave 4 stars because of the ongoing problems many shipper/receivers are having with staffing. Maybe not 100% C&S’s fault.

Had a 0800 appointment, arrived at 0710. Had to park in the main staging area which double as the lanes going into the facility. Got the call got a door @ 1057. Docked and brought paperwork into receiving (dropped into a file cabinet, no big deal), got the all done call @ 1435. Like I say, not the worst in unloading times, definitely not the best either.

Everyone in person was friendly though, no qualms about that, just messed up my clock time, that’s all. Oh and before I forget, no lumper fees to pay, so that part was easy peasy.

Cool thing is, 2 truck stops within 5 miles of here, Pilot and a Petro. Plenty of shopping options available as well. Squeaking Beacon at the Petro if you...
