Long over due review. I'm was a newbie with cars and tuning when I purchased my Hellcat, tuning and modifications are scary stuff if you don't really know how all this stuff works. Who's reputable and who's not. I started off using a different tuner and he ran into a issue and my tuner basically left me to figure out the issue on my own. Great. Really horrible experience not contacting me back in any reasonable time until one day he was not there anymore. Left to figure things out. I change to Satera from a recommendation from my mechanic and Jeremy is the absolute best. Great communication, always making solid recommendations and STAYED WITH MY PROBLEM until HPT had a resolution and Jeremy fixed my car. I thought I already left these guys a review on here but it must have been on FB. Jeremy and his team are amazing, they built my 15 Jeep GC SRT, we did heads/cam package, headers, and did the full e85 kit, I’m around 500whp now from stock, we got great gains, and this thing runs like a champ. I’ve done remote tuning with Jeremy since the build because I’m about 5 hours away, and he’s been awesome, always dialing it in for me for the seasons, he’s always very responsive and has been helpful in helping diagnose any issues.
