Greg's Meat Processing — Local services in Hampton Township

We live in Chicago and I got to Greg's right after they closed this last Saturday. I was attempting to use the vending machine outside when one of their employees stopped to help me. This was after hours on a sunny Saturday and they could have kept on going, assuming I was getting what I needed. Yet, they stopped to asked what help I needed. When I explained that I was heading back to Chicago and no way to get any of my favorite jerky and beef sticks, they went back inside and got the keys to the vending machine, opened it up and let me choose whatever I needed and I paid them with cash since everything was closed up inside. It SAVED me.. THANK YOU to that team member for BEing the type of person who will put other needs in front of your own.. 5 other people walked out without even saying hi, but all it took was one person to make this great for everyone. This shows me that your meat products are not just great tasting, but they are made, handled, packaged and sold by people who care. we orderd a whol pig it took a month and half to get it .when we got our pig . it was cut off the skin and bacon .we did not authorize them to remove the skin and bacon. We were lied .that,s how the proses the pigs .and the skin and bacon they throw to the garbage .that place is very deshonest ,iwas told that they do it for 40 years like that. soon i will call attorney general of state of minnesota . make a complaint . because i feel cheated . never ever bought a whole pig with out skin and bacon, that place is taking advantage of people aquaring skin and bacon at someone else expense , we paid 260 dollars for the whole pig without skin and bacon ,i have a feeling that we pay for missing bacon . shame on...

Greg's Meat Processing is one of the best place to shop family-owned business good friendly staff helpful excellent quality products fresh meats to fresh Deli products deli meats and cheeses, some salads a frozen food section fresh buns and bread bakery section fresh made cookies daily strudel bites. I found this place driving down 52 going golfing one-time shop there for a while. I'm working there how I talk to the owner I'm a retired grocery worker and store manager.
