Michael, Deb, and the entire Portsmouth Catering team are a dream to work with! As a wedding planner, I work with a lot of caterers and working with them was one of the best experience I've ever had. My clients picked Portsmouth Catering after being dissatisfied with the initial caterer they had chosen, and they were super excited to have found Michael. Leading up to the wedding, Michael and Deb were extremely communicative and fast to respond. They hadn't worked at the venue before, but took the time to visit in person and become familiar with the space and the kitchen so that there were no surprises day-of. On the day of the wedding, they arrived on time and took the time to review the timeline with me to make sure we were all 100% on the same page. The food was absolutely incredible and all of the guests were raving about it! They went above and beyond throughout the day to make sure me, other vendors, and of course the couple and their guests were supported. I cannot recommend Portsmouth Catering enough - they are truly a dream to work with, and I hope to have the chance to work with...

Our guests have been raving non-stop about how creative, unique and delicious everything was. We even have folks begging for his recipes :) His menu is unlike anything else you'll find among wedding caterers, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make it personal for us - all the way down to late night mini Chicago Style hot dogs in honor of the groom's Chicago roots. The seafood paella, and clam chowder were also favs!

We recommend trusting Mike and his process - he was so nice to us and definitely guided us in the right direction in certain areas. We are so glad we listened to him, and can't thank him enough...
