Ron & Don Plus Outlet — Local services in Hampton

I love this store! I believe that EVERYONE should go to this store before looking in conventional stores if they want to save a lot of money. Ron & Don have the BEST inventory of any consignment shop (of it's type) in Hampton and vicinity. The prices are excellent and the people who work there are so very nice. I took one of my girl friends there who didn't have anything for her apartment. She has children. When she left she was in tears because of all the things she was able to buy with relatively little money. Thank you Ron & Don for this wonderful store. I plan on coming in soon to buy a desk. I'm sure I will find what I am looking for.

Great customer service!! You're buying used furniture so you get what you pay for, thats where the 90 day warranty really came in handy. Unfortunately we had a situation where we bought a washer dryer set that stopped draining water within the first week. Ron and Don came out multiple times to try to fix it, and then had to swap them out multiple times until one worked! They were always readily available, patient, and willing to work with us. Lugging 3 different washer dryer sets up and down a flight of stairs isnt for the light hearted so we really appreciated their dedication into making sure we were satisfied! Now 6 months later, washer dryer set works great! Thanks again...

This place is supposed to be a 2nd hand furniture type store. Upon arrival there was alot of junk outside. Inside was no better. The ceiling was missing panels. There was alot of trash everywhere as though they were moving. They had a rusted small dog kennel with no liner for $45. He saw it was looking at it and didn't I want it? I replied no it was missing the liner and rusted. He replied just lay a blanket down in it. There was nothing of interest there. The building needs a lot of work.
