The staff is always kind and courteous. Always willing to answer questions. Dr. Schuler is Double Board Certified and has his FELLOWSHIP(S) in Inventorial Pain Management and Anesthesia so he is very knowledgeable about treatment and procedures for pain and provides pain relief to specific areas with sedation so I feel very confident, safe, and comfortable during procedures, (I have been in several car accidents and had about 16 of them). Dr. Hubbard is new in the Hampton office and is very through, discusses every treatment option possible and never tries to interupt, cut-me-off, or start walking out of the door due to individual patient time restraints. She always gives me all of the time I need to address every pain issue I have and follows up promptly with X-Ray, MRI, Physical Therapy, and prescription orders. Usually service is quick is the only good thing I can mention. My appointments are always being changed. I cannot p/u meds a day early if p/u falls on a weekend which will make me go a day without meds. On the 16th (Friday) I was seen by Dr Schuyler in which I was at office for 2 hours but it was unserstandsble, sort of, regular Dr was out on maternity leave and took extra time off. I was only given part of my meds which were to be filled on Saturday, pharmacy closes half a day and there is no emergency number to call Dr for the rest of my meds. Once again I will be suffering the weekend without my meds that I have been taking since 2007. I’m sure withdrawals will be great, again!!! Not to...

Had a 1st appointment fir my 96 year old Mother at 12:00. Got there early to do paperwork. Worst experience ever. We left after 2 hours and never saw the doctor. I got the impression they were doing the patients that were having shots before anyone else.Simple solution...get someone new to schedule appointments. Do shots I. the morning and regular patients in the afternoon or vice versa. How can you expect a 96 year old person to sit for hour? When I told the girl we were leaving she asked if I wanted to reschedule.Fortunately he isn't the only doctor...
