I've been shopping there for the past 3 years. I've always had great customer service. The past 4 months I've shopped there, No one greats me when I go to check out. Some of the cashier's act like they don't like their job. There is this one cashier who's always complaining I don't know her name but next time I'll get it. I'm going to try one more time to shop there next week and if I still get the same bad customer service. I will drive the extra miles to go to the Berkeley springs food Lion they are so much nicer there and more welcoming. As someone who works in customer service I always make sure all of my customers are happy. Pittman's was decent but it was obvious they had gotten to a point in life where they were uninspired and tired. Food Lion did a fantastic job of revamping the space and keeping it bright, clean and well-stocked. The staff are always pleasant, polite, helpful and sociable. The produce section is awesome with some local offerings and often great deals.
