Used Sammy’s to book for our FRGs Kids Christmas Party on base today and was very disappointed. Aside from the customer service we had today response is extremely delayed, if at all. I prepaid weeks ago for our event, and over paid for an extra generator was told I would receive a refund promptly right after purchasing. After following up last week(weeks after I was to have received the refund) I got no response. They finally refunded me today after our event. Our issue today started with communication. We booked from 9:30-330 and wasn’t informed until 1030 that they were late due to fog. I escorted them on base just before 11 only for them to realize at 1130 the generator they brought for us was completely out of gas, their new employees hadn’t filled it before coming to us. This normally wouldn’t be an issue however being on base I (THE CUSTOMER) had to go purchase gas to fill the generator due to the workers being civilian. The bounce houses were finally set up by 12, over 2 hours after we booked for our slot. They advertise services on base as no problem but when I brought up the inconvenience of having to fill up gas for them because they didn’t come prepared I was told that was because we were on base, essentially my fault. At the end of the day all I was refunded was generator cost for my inconvenience, their being late, and us loosing time that we booked with the bounce house during. Our event. I was not once offered to have the cost of gas reimbursed in addition to the $55 generator refund, only 30% off my future event with them. We will not be using your services again, I did not feel appreciated as a customer and can not rely on your services. I can only hope this review helps educated future purchases, especially...

If you have had any disappointing experiences with party planning in the past then YOU HAVE FOUND THE COMPANY THAT WILL HEAL YOUR TRAUMA AND GIVE YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED! This company saved my kids party! I was planning a combo party for my daughters 10th and my sons 2nd for a couple weeks and had paid a “deposit” to another company before finding out they were complete frauds! Then found another company and lost another $50 on a fake deposit . I’m not usually one who ever gets scammed but I was overwhelmed, I have 5 kids and we are on our 6th month of deployment so my husband is over seas and I’m all alone to do everything with 2 toddlers , a pre teen , and two teens ! Another Navy wife friend recommended this Company and thank God she did! They not only assured me they would be there , they didn’t even want a deposit accept 2$ because I was setting it up online on their website . I didn’t have to pay till it was here at my house and all set up! Sammy was so informative and reassuring . The party was a big hit! And we even got a nice military discount ! So Definitely call them cause they are a sure thing !! I'd like to share a terrible experience we had with this company weeks ago we schedule to have a bounce house delivered at 11 AM today for three-year-old's birthday party we figured that was sufficient time because the party didn't start until 1 PM we started calling around 11 AM and didn't receive any word back from the company finally at almost 12 PM they text us back they don't even give us the courtesy of a phone call they text us to tell us that we are not gonna be able to get the bounce house today with some petty excuse, Then continue to text us with excuses saying that him texting us at 11:50 something is sufficient notice that's an hour and 10 minutes before the three-year-old's birthday party starting thank God we got a hold of a bounce house rental company it costed us an extra hundred bucks but they were able to go into the office and bring us a bounce house with only 30 minutes notice I hope everybody takes the highroad and avoids this company by all means necessary if ABC town sells didn't respond to us my three-year-old's birthday party would've been ruined because there would've been a bunch of kids sitting around in the backyard twiddling Their thumbs with nothing to do today..
