I purchased a $900 lazyboy recliner Sept 21. Delivered Oct 21. Loud cracking noise with rocking, and material worn thin at top of back panel showing bare metal. They picked up chair Nov 21 to repair, Fixed cracking noise , said material not fixed because not on ticket. Few weeks later cracking noise returned. Repair man came by and applied lubricant but did not fix worn material with metal showing through. When I called I was told fabric wear problem could have only been caused by me hitting wall. Chair in middle of room , not close to wall. I am 70 yrs old, no children. Company said it was impossible for them to have caused damage, had to be my fault. There delivery men could not have caused problem. Essentially calling me a liar. During this time I was sick with covid pneumonia and did not use chair. When I did, the springs made creaking sound. Again called and sent pictures of fabric damage. Chair picked up April 22 to be fixed. I emailed pictures of fabric damage.to store. Recieved a call a week later and said springs fixed. When I asked about fabric I was told that was not on ticket to be fixed I said I must have a lemon of a chair , requested to return chair and get moneyback. The store said not possible bc I had caused damage. I only used chair less than 4 mo bc of it being away for repairs and my illness. I was told this was not possible. Not only was I insulted and blamed for the damage but I have been without a chair I paid for bc of repairs needed. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy furniture.
UPDATED JUNE 11, 2022 SEE ABOVE $900 (sale price) LAZYBOY recliner returned today after being FIXED FOR 3RD TIME. When it arrived today, it was damaged, the lower back panel was hanging loose and could not be reattached. And, the swivel part of the rocker is bent so the chair leans to the side. This chair has been sent to be fixed 3 times. Each time management has accused me of causing damage. Because the chair has been in repair for cracking sounds, springs squeeking, fabric damaged, I have only had chair in home for less than 4 months. NOW THEY RETURNED IT TODAY EVEN MORE DAMAGED.
I have been insulted, accused of lying. They accused me of causing damage. I am 70 yr old, no children, so chair has not had much use. They have the audacity of saying they are restricted by LAZYBOY policy. I'm sure LAZYBOY policy doesn't include treating a customer in such a demeaning manner.
I would strongly suggest you buy furniture somewhere. These people cannot be trusted.

Read moreI am a picky person, very hard to please. I may really like my first choice but hardly ever just go with that. I want to see all my options and always ask tons of questions. Before I ever went carpet viewing I was making phone calls. I called Wright's furniture and flooring over President's Day weekend. I spoke with Cody. He was very kind and listened with out interrupting at all. Cody answered all my questions and even thought to answer some I didn't ask, but would have if I knew the needed to be asked. He was very knowledgeable and his confidence was one of the reasons I went with Wright's for my carpet needs. A few weeks later I was able to go in person to view carpet and was greeted by Justin one of their sale's team. I asked tons of questions and wanted to see all their samples within my chosen price range. Justin was simply wonderful to work with. He was also super knowledgeable about Wright's products and services. With my Husband's help I chose my main living level's carpet. Little did Justin know I wanted to do the process all over again for my stairs. He was just as wonderful helping me pick out the carpet for my stairs. Wright's did not have the carpet samples I wanted to view for my stairs in stock, so Justin ordered me samples to be sent to my home. When the carrier of my carpet samples sent them to the wrong house, Justin didn't miss a beat in sending me new samples. When I got those samples and decided they were no good, Justin helped me figure out a different carpet. The second visit to the store was just as great an experience as the first. Justin had a few samples pulled for me when I got there and had no problem pulling others. After I made all my selections and was put on their schedule for install I felt like Christmas was right around the corner for me. The Friday before my carpet was installed Justin called me to make sure I remembered and we were still a go. They sent one of their carpet installers (Johnson Flooring) to put my new carpet in. My installer was Waylin and he did a phenomenal job. The edges are so smooth they look original to my home. The seems are non existent, I ask everybody to find my giant seem and no one can, he did such a great job. I have seventeen stairs in my home, and Waylin made them just look, WOW! I cannot recommend the team with Wright's Furniture and Flooring enough. From start to finish I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. They know their stuff and treat you Wright! Read moreOrdered approximately $30,000.00 worth of furniture from Wright’s furniture for my newly constructed home and made a mistake in measuring for the dining room table. Invoice states that furniture would be delivered in 14-18 weeks, however, it’s been 8 months and I still haven’t received everything. My issue is, although the incorrect size table was ordered(table comes in 2 sizes from manufacturer,so is therefore, not a special or custom order), Wright’s decided that it was good business to charge me $700.00 restocking fee in addition to what I would have to pay for the other size table even though the incorrect table will be placed on their showroom floor to resale. This is at their discretion, they have the right to waive this and I was told by delivery guys that they usually waive it, especially when someone has spent as much money as I have. Therefore, I’m aware that they do waive this sometimes, so I’m really concerned as to why they didn’t for me. No one even tried to contact the manufacturer to see if an exchange could be worked out especially since most of the $30,000.00 was spent ordering from the same manufacturer. I’ve ordered and I’ve spent a generous amount of money with Wright’s furniture and Waters furniture for many years, no appreciation or consideration whatsoever was given to me. No consideration for the amount of time it’s taken to get my furniture, the amount of money spent or the fact that I’ve been a long time customer that does not need to finance.
