I had my roadglide sound system installed by a popular installer outside a famous Daytona Harley dealership. I was so impressed with my system for about 6 months ......Until hearing a bike with the same components as mine. Wow what a difference. His was so much better sounding. It was clearer, had better bass and was louder. After confirming we indeed had the same equipment I asked who did his install. I contacted his installer Jeff at Cycle Sounds and he agreed to have a look at my bike. Entering his shop I saw a bike he was doing an install on and immediately noticed how much cleaner his wiring was compared to mine. He listened to my system and recommended a system tune. In about an hour and a half my bike sounded incredible. Highs were crisper, the lows were deeper and cleaner, all while being louder. He even cleaned up my wiring a bit before installing my fairing. Found Jeff on an internet search and took a ride out to check him out. I was unfamiliar with Cicada audio at the time and prior to my visit, I was set on doing a Sound Digital amp with a couple fairing speakers. After seeing his work and hearing a few Cicada installs in the shop I was sold. The quality of work and attention to detail far exceeded what I expected to see on the installs that he was working on. I am very particular when I do things and found someone who pays as much attention to detail as I would have and has the experience and professionalism to do the job right.
