If I could give it zero stars I would. The fat guy doing the road test is a miserable bigot and all around horrible human being who treats EVERYONE like garbage. I took a relative to take the road exam. This fat, miserable, mouth-breathing, troglodyte, first made fun of the car and told another worker, "This one's going to fail. " I guess the fat bastard was angry he had to fit in a small car. Once the test started, the unprofessional idiot didn't give any instructions whatsoever and REFUSED to answer any questions on his vague instructions. He couldn't manage to get my relative to fail by giving confusing instructions on the parking part of the test, nor by refusing to answer questions when asked for clarity, so he lied and said my relative went over the speed limit, and failed him. Then when he came back, he lied again and sent customer who was there with her teenager home. He told them they were late, despite the fact that the customer came before her scheduled time, and the instructor himself told her she was early. How the hell does PennDot DMV pay people to NOT do their job? There are many PROFESSIONAL people who will gladly do the job. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this DMV. Take your road test elsewhere because these people are unprofessional, bigoted, want to make everyone as miserable as they are, and will do all they can...

They are very rude in there they mess up on your I'd and want you to pay for it how y'all ask from all this Information and still seem to mess up people stuff they are very disrespectful there you sit in there all day and they don't be working just talking they will have you there all day and than tell you to come back... And the Man the Do the driving test is very very disrespectful to girls that are going for there License how would y'all like it's if another Grown man talk your daughter like that THEY NEED ALL NEW PPL IN THERE I WAS SETTING IN THERE FOR THREE HOURS AND THEY WAS DOING NOTHING BUT TALKING THE WHOLE TIME PEOPLE WAS GETTING LATE FOR WHAT THEY HAD TO GO DO NEXT THE PEOPLE AT THE DESK ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO THE POINT U JUST WISHING IT WAS ANOTHER DMV TO GO TO THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO U IN ANY TYPE OF WAY....THEY NEED TO PUT ALL NEW PEOPLE IN THERE AND SOME WOMEN AS DRIVING TEACHER CAUSE THE MEN ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO WOMAN I WAS THERE FOR THREE HOURS AND THEY ALL WAS JUST SEATING THERE TALKING WHILE WE WAS JUST IN THERE DOING NOTHING WE CALL THE PHONES AND THEY NEVER EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL SAD PLACE TO GO WISHING THEY BUILD ANOTHER BUILDEN UP HERE....SMH THEY JUST MESS UP...

Only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because the first part of our visit was smooth.

So my wife and I came here to get some changes done to our licenses. I needed a change of address and went smooth. I was done within 5 minutes of walking in

But now here comes the fun part.

My wife needed to change her license from New York to PA to which she was told her birth certificate wasn’t real. Yeah, her birth certificate was not real so they couldn’t help her..

Now we know for a fact her birth certificate is real and we have used it for cruises. Social security office for last name change after we got married and even New York dmvs. So after being told that we were lying and none of these places would accept her fake birth certificate we left… we then drove directly to the DMV in Dunmore with the same exact papers and of course we got her license switched over with no problems.

I don’t know if this location simply isn’t used to working with out of state documentation or what the problem is but thanks for making us take a second trip to a second dmv because her birth...
