DO NOT USE!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

Here are the issues I encountered:

Late Arrival: The balloons were supposed to arrive and arranged for a birthday party before 1:00 PM on Saturday. I communicate, via email, that the set up began at 12:00 PM. A detail confirmed by Balloon Extraordinaire when I called at 12:32 PM to ask the status of my deliver. However, they didn’t show up until 1:36 PM. THIRTY-SIX MINUTES INTO THE EVENT.

Order Unfulfilled: Not only were the balloons late, but the order was also incomplete. I specifically requested and paid for 10-foot garland, an 8-foot garland and 10 bouquets of 3 balloons each for the tables. Instead, I received two 6 feet columns.

Lack of Communication: Throughout this ordeal, communication was abysmal. I tried calling customer service line multiple times, but it always went to voicemail. I left messages, but no one bothered to return my calls. As a paying customer, I expected better responsiveness and transparency. When the order arrived onsite, there was no apology, no explanation for the extreme tardiness and when they finished their partially done order, they simply left!

Overall Bad Experience: The combination of late delivery, incomplete order, and lack of communication has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, disappointed and overall furious. was promised a full refund, that I am still waiting for...

I hosted a 50th birthday surprise party for my friend. Prior to the party I had gone back-and-forth with GINA at the company. I got many confusing emails and when I tried to get a direct answer, it did not happen. My fault should have ran at that point my party was starting at five. They arrived with the balloons at 5:15. They called 35 minutes after they were supposed to be there to say that there was a detour delay . When they arrived, she came in with a handful of balloons. They did not match any of what was written on the invoice except that they were silver. I also did not receive the amount of balloons that I was supposed to get after she brought the balloons in she said there were three more out in the car. She went out to the car to get them and never came back Paid and $355for 33 balloons I could’ve gotten at party city for $29 so run the other way as fast as you can. She offered a refund it has been seven days. She has some excuse about square app. I’m sure I’m not going to see that refund. It was a huge mistake using this company , make sure you look at other reviews. The real ones are hidden the fake ones are out front. I missed the ones that said it was a mistake. They were supposed to be three different color balloons and they were supposed to be...

HORRIBLE!!!!! I don't know if these reviews are authentic or not, because completely different from my experience. Communications was awful. I paid a $400 deposit for materials that was no way near that cost. The day of the event Gina showed up 30 minutes before it was about to start completely unprepared! People were arriving as she was blowing up one balloon at a time for the 8 foot garland, which never got finished, and assembling it. There were three centerpieces that were not as represented. All the balloons were not fully blown, and started to deflate in less than four hours. This company is a complete scam. They charged me $800 for one garland, and three centerpieces, which were never finished. They have also promised to refund my money, however, said it would take 10 days.
