The guys at NerdsToGo are great. I walked into their shop with an over 20 year old DOA computer. After explaining how I use computers and after their review of my laptop they suprised me by NOT trying to sell me a new computer. I'm no techy so I could have been an easy mark. I use two screens at once and, to be honest, it's been tough using a desktop plus my laptop to accomplish my goals. Their solution was to set up two monitors with a tower that connects both monitors and to upgrade my laptop. Two days later (that's right, 2 days) I had my new set up operating perfectly in my home. Not only did NurdsToGo save me a ton of money they made my new configuration work 1000% better then it did before the upgrades. From the first phone conversation, to the site visit to inspect my issues to the white glove experience I had today with Bud and Scott, I couldn't be more impressed. My internet/device(s) setup is unique given the building with very demanding internet needs and NerdsToGo understood what was needed to get back up and running. They guided me on what equipment was required, guided it's purchase and also where to streamline the setup I had. I enjoyed the professionalism of Bud, Don, and Scott. My computer is usually at my hip, and I use it every day for several things. It was running slowly with bloatware and other programs that I did not need anymore. I had Scott, who worked on my laptop, do a complete reinstall of Windows 11. I picked it up on Saturday by appointment and have been enjoying it since. I will look to Nerds to Go for my future computer needs. I highly recommend their services.
