My mom is from Harlan and recently passed away. I am in Texas and needed help to replace flooring in her house. Customer service was non existent, she was rude and unhelpful. After my failed attempt my son tried to call, and unfortunately received the same treatment. I wanted to keep money local and use Hineline because my mom always did, but the complete lack of customer service means I will not be using this company now or ever...

If wanting to get a mattress set go to a place that if in a couple of weeks that the mattress causing issues with lively hood would be able to get a mattress that better suites your needs . Can't really get what the mattress will have an effect on your body just a couple of minutes being able to lay on it in the store . Worth driving to city...
