I’m part of a whisky club that just spent a good 2-3hrs at Lonely Oak for a tasting and cask selection for our group. Pat and Amy are absolutely wonderful and were so great in making our group feel at home. Pat was super knowledgeable in all the details of his distilling operation! It is a really good bourbon, molasses and corn dust on the nose with hints of red fruit brightness and a bit of oil on the tongue.
