Hawkes' Lobster — Local services in Harpswell

If you are looking for lobsters and/or oysters, Hawke’s Lobster in Cundy’s Harbor, Maine is the place to go. We recently visited family for Thanksgiving weekend and lobsters and oysters were a must. They were available at markets in town but most seaside locations were closed for the season. When I inquired through a contact email at Hawke’s, I was put in touch with Deanna. She was very accommodating to fill my order AND meet me at the dock on the holiday weekend. I was in Maine on business. I wanted to bring some lobsters back home to Honolulu with me. The prices at Hawkes are hands down, the best in the area. Everyone at Hawkes Lobsters were extremely helpful. They even opened up early so I could pick up my lobsters before my flight. They gave me tips on how to keep the lobsters fresh. Ordered 8 lobsters the morning of the 4th of July for same day pickup. They were very accommodating of switching our order a couple of hours before pick up. They asked for a 2-3 hour heads up for pickup after placing the order. Pick up was so smooth and the people were kind.
