We have used Natalie's Elf Shelf for 2 years and have signed up for our 3rd year. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received. I had an issue with the cash register and I called the number provided. I talked to Natalie and she was super helpful and resolved the issue immediately (operator error). The process is super easy, everything you need to get started (banners, flyers to send home in both English and Spanish, table clothes and instructions) come early enough so not be rushed for setup. We chose to use Natalie’s for our holiday shop this past year and the experience across the board was great!
