Sales manager was nice at first, called me today they under charged me the wrong chicken coop. We had no idea prices are subject to change. We didn’t order it custom or anything. Delivery and the office do not communicate at all. So delivery is when they get there (for us 3 hours late), some touch up paint needed from moving it, also I was hung up and told they are really busy at 1:00 pm on a week day. They did take some money off and worked with me but not professionally. I asked for a manager and to speak with the owner both responses was nasty “I am the manager and he’s not available”. I love to support small family business but when service and communication is like this Il stay away.

Edit: After 2 months I haven’t not heard from them any further....

My husband and I stopped by on a whim. You definitely have no idea of the gold mine that is inside based on what you see from the street! We walked in and were immediately amazed at the selection, quality, quantity and availability of the merchandise. Amish made, unfinished and finished furniture expands the length of 3 buildings. It's crazy! Excellent prices and best of all...family owned with the most amazing people who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We purchased an entire bedroom set, living room set and a gorgeous hutch. We are already planning our next purchase. They have a very small selection of imported furniture but it doesn't even compare to your selection of unique and hand finished options. You'd be crazy not to...

We bought a shed here and they are pretty darn good at giving you all the information needed. They even have a connection with WSFS who has a great loan program that is pretty easy to get(credit history dependant). We had the loan secured and shed purchased within a week. Delivery is a few weeks out but everyone is buying, so don't expect the shed next day. Delivery crew was awesome as well, very hard working and over the top. They wanted everything to be how we wanted it prior to packing up...
