We’ve gone here twice now for paid experiences. These are my honest thoughts & experience.
We have gone to both Little Explorers & Open Play. Our first open play, we had to leave early after a half hour due to kids being extremely rough around my one year old - the main problem being the employee’s son. He scared my child so badly she still will not go on trampolines, kept trying to drag her by her arm into ‘forts’ and shut it off with her and him inside, and dragged her everywhere by her hand or arm making her cry. I stopped it every time I could but it was constant. I chalked it up to being open play and that we should try a day where it is isolated to kids her age (0-3).
Little explorers is ages 0-3. We paid to go and showed up at 9:10. They had us wait for stragglers past our start time but still kicked us out promptly at 10 AM and told us we could pay extra to stay another hour. My child was waiting for the swing for fifteen minutes that was occupied by the owner’s daughter, and once she decided to give my daughter a ‘turn’, it was 10 AM and we were being kicked out and told we could pay $3 if we wanted a turn. We are the paying clients and my daughter spent most of today crying. The rough employees son was also present, despite it being 0-3 (he’s at least 6), and he was running full speed around the room with carts, knocking into and over toddlers, yanking my child by her arm when she wanted to play, while his mom (the employee) sat on her phone going “please don’t”. We will not be back, but I just wanted to warn other families to not waste their money like we did. Aha! Is much better and...
Read moreWe booked our daughter's birthday here without ever seeing the space. I was a little anxious since the party room is laid out a bit differently than the photos online. However, it ended up being a perfect spot. The owners were responsive to our space needs and accommodating when we needed extra time to set up. Our party host, Kourtney, did a great job with the layout of the party room before we arrived. Kourtney was also so helpful with setting up decorations + responsive anytime we needed anything. Perfect activities for kids 6 and under but we also had a couple older kiddos that found plenty to do! Another big perk over other facilities was having the entire space to ourselves. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the party hosting experience at BTP! Core memories made for our daughter. Thank you for everything BTP + Kourtney! We...
Read moreWe have been coming here for almost 3 years and every time we come my kids have a blast. The toddler room has so many things for them to explore with some independence and the large gym gives them space to run. We have done the open plays, gymnastics classes, dance classes, day camps, birthday parties and special events. My girls can be shy sometimes but they really open up and love having classes with Amber and Ashley. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Every time that I have come everything is clean and taken care of. Recently I dropped my daughter off for a day camp and she loved it. They sent photos and update throughout the day and I felt calm knowing she was in good hands and would be safe and taken care of. We love...
