Mark is a trustworthy, honest, accommodating person and very patient. I had driven all over town to every other appliance stores looking for a washer and dryer set since ours had decided to go out and not be usable anymore. He was straight up with me about each set I looked at, patient with my indecisiveness, understanding of my budget I had to work with, gave great advice on different brands and which ones to stay away from. Of all the places I went yesterday trying to find a good set that made me happy and that would be a good set for a family of five, my best friend and I came home with a nice set I was happy with and Mark gave me a good deal on them. I wish I would have went to Mistler's first, it would have saved so much time, gas, and stress. I will definitely be returning for any future needs for our home, not just for the wide selection of options he has available, but more so for his customer service, integrity, grace, and honesty. Our deep freezer went out just before St. Patrick's Day, and I lost all my breastmilk that was in it. We checked every single furniture store we knew from Homedepot here in town, and nothing all bought out. Lowes in Hollister, Mo. To a small furniture store in Nashville TN. Then all the way back to my home and by my parents in Joliet, Il. Everyone was out. My husband got referred here by Fountain Home which is next to his job. They were just getting a deep freezer shipment in and told him to call the next day to have one on hold. He managed to get one on hold for us, and when he called earlier today they said their truck has now been delayed and to come get it this upcoming Monday. Went shopping today for dishwasher went by Richardsons in Harrison fountain furniture in Harrison. Home Depot and my last stop was Mistler‘s furniture and I’m glad it was cause they was the nicest and cheapest folks to deal with bought a Frigidaire gallery dishwasher for $200 less than Home Depot wanted and They delivered it the same day.
