This one's a little smaller of the casinos they have ... A very nice place for locals and tourists if you don't want the big hustle and bustle of a big casino if you do then go to New Buffalo or South bend but Hartford is great have a nice area to eat the services exceptional the people are very polite the machines are well kept and up-to-date and give you a wide variety I am a copper member here which she offers it's perks I'm hoping to get premiere I definitely play my fair share and definitely play enough as you can see I hit a jackpot the other night for about $4, 015 & I hit something after going down a little bit I was at about 1169 on the machine which is all right I busted it up to Max bet on that one gotten the bonus and cashed out after that I wound up 5c x max so $40 a pull n gave a lot back but Im going for the Big Dog 🐕 Jackpots TopTiers this year PLUS I'm going for premiere ..We Shall See Wish Me Luck I love the Four Winds Casino Resort it's my Something to do... it's my night life!!!😎 So if you see me there dont be shy let me know you saw my reviews or my Tik Tok or My YouTube Channels Say.HI!! Scared Money🪙= Don't Make NO Money💸© 🤑...

I have to give 1 star in order to post this review it should be a negative 5 stars. I am disgusted with 4 winds casino in hartford because i tried to make a withdraw for 100$ from the ATM machine & i got an innsufficient funds notice & my card was spit back out so i took my card and walked away very puzzled because i had 800 at the time on my debit card. 20 min later a casino manager came up to me & asked if i had tried to wthdraw funds & i said yes & he told me the lady behind me collected my 100$!! The lady left with my money because she SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE IT altho the camera clearly caught her taking it! Now it seems to me the casino should be held responsible for the faulty atm machine but the manager claimed i would get the money back after the lady was FOUND! Like excuse me but obviously she was already found if casino manager asked her for the $ back like he said he did! I dont understand how 4 winds can get away with not returning my money to me. I was told when they FIND her and IF she dont pay it back then the casino would press charges and collect the money then return it to me but i would have to just WAIT AND KEEP CHECKING BACK! IS THIS FOR F*ING REAL. I asked this manager if i should leave my number and he responded NO just keep checking back shrugging me off as if he really could care less if i got my money back! Im 40 miles from Hartford. I am sure this has happened to more people than just me. I want my 100$. I will never play at 4 winds again. This was an aweful experience and the casino should be held responsible for the atm malfunction in the casino....

People talk about Firekeepers in battle creek being "Money Keepers". I say bullshit to that, at least there you can make a little money.

Even the Four Winds in New Buffalo you can win at.

This casino is a major rip off on slots. Weather you play max bet or not. The literal statistics are that you will lose 7 times out of 10...

Even when you do win, it doesn't near cover your losses.

FYI: do not use your players card unless you have a promotion you are trying to achieve. The card actually lessens your chances of winning from 7/10 to 8.5/10. They only want the cards used so they can check their own win to loss ratio on you.

I have came here enough times to keep track of ratios on certain machines just to prove my point.

You by far have a better chance of winning at Blue Chip and surprisingly Four Winds in New Buffalo. Next would be Firekeepers. Then lastly this Place.

Also, don't believe machine statistic papers any casino has, they can say a machine is paying out good, but that doesn't meet that its going to continue... a casino isint going to give you a cheat sheet to make money off them.

As for the atmosphere, it is nice. They have a good place to eat in here called Timbers. But those 2 things don't add much value when your draining your revenue...
