My last visit was terrible. The music playing over the store speakers was so annoying as it was mostly static. Like, hello, do you not hear that. Either turn it off or change the station. Then the clerk had no idea what she was doing. I asked about entering my phone number so as to take advantage of the E-coupons in their app and wad told it would prompt me to do when paying. It did not. I spent a lot of time adding the coupons in the app, then compared prices to figure out the best value, only for it to all be a waste of time and end up costing me more. Change the radio or turn it off entirely as its just annoying. Train your employees on how to do the basics of their job so that another customer who is struggling to make ends meet doesn't have to go through what I did. I will reevaluate my rating and review if I stop again and see improvements. Until then, 2 stars is...
