I brought my FZ07 wheels into MC supply for the tires to be replaced. When I received my rims back I noticed the paint on my rims looked marked up, while cleaning the rims before installing them back on my bike. I Found a gouge and scratch on the edge of the rims possibly from removing tire from the rim. Stopped back in, showed the damages, was suggested it was from the brake calipers. Eventually was told theyâll take care of them and paint the wheels, I trusted him and was happy with what we agreed on. The received re-painted rims initially looked okay while inspecting them at their shop, was mostly looking for chips or gouges from removing the tire again. I was okay with it. While I was installing the rear tire I noticed the Flat black paint wasnât consistent and blue was bleeding through, also noticed the outside edge of rim almost appeared like it was taped and painted. I then saw the weights from balancing tire were also just painted over. The front wheel had a way better coat of paint on it and looked decent. I was going to just be okay with it. I put some mileage on it, go to wash the bike and with my normal rim cleaner, on the rear tire which is the one that alrdy had blue bleeding through the Flat Black, I was able to gently rub away the paint that was put on. I very lightly just continued to clean and also did the front tire, which I did not get any bleed through and look semi okay (looks terrible Iâve attached a picture of rear tire). Stop back in the next morning to talk and was told it was the cleaner I use and nothing he can do about it. Overall I would not recommend MC...
Read moreStay away from this business. Especially dealing with Sean the sales manager who claimed to be the owner to keep me from speaking with the actual owner. Told me he would hold the motorcycle until he spoke with the owner and sold it out from under me when he gave me his word he would hold it. We had a deal and I was waiting for word from his father about including some rare Mopar parts as part of the deal (as his father's idea). Apparently in that part of the country a man's word is worth just under 100 dollars. I thought that something was wrong when he told me he would call me right back. Cheap and spineless. It doesn't matter how it is rationalized it was one of the worst experiences dealing with a supposed professional dealership I have experienced and to make matters worse he had the nerve to ask me what would you do if someone came in and offered to buy it for a hundred dollars more? In my business integrity is what keeps our customers with us. I simply wasn't raised that way and my reputation can not be manipulated buy a higher bid. I was surprised that that creep's integrity was able to be purchased for less than a hundred dollars. At this time the there is still 17 hours left on the E bay offer they sent me. I would not deal with these people unless you are close enough to get your hands around...
Read moreI bought a new Husqvarna garden tractor from them, I went with the model that had a lifetime guarantee on the deck. Well I liked it overall but the deck did have a flimsy peice on it that did break off. I took it in March 22 to have spring maintenance done, was told I would get a new deck. After 6 weeks I called, Noone knew anything. I called several times checking on it, not a call back. Well it is now grass cutting season and no mower! I finally picked it up July 31st, only because I bugged them. They never changed the oil even though it had a tag on it saying spring maintenance. They had the nerve to charge me for a part after having it over 4 months! Also, no new deck, that got turned down. It was also...
