Honestly my experience was terrible. The employees were rude, especially one whose name I’m pretty sure is Barb. I’ve been here a couple of times and have seen her cuss out and yell at employees in front of the food area. Overall everything seems very. I have also on multiple occasions seen her yell at small children for doing things small children do! I understand telling kids not to run but full on yelling at a child that is not yours seems outrageous. I’ve heard her make backhanded and frankly racist remarks to other employees about customers. If she hasn’t already been written up I would consider doing so. The facilities themselves weren’t awful but my whole experience was ruined by that one employee. Not a friendly place to bring little kids. I won’t be going again and if you are planning on it just be prepared for rude staff and...

Slightly outdated, which is fine in general. Food was overpriced and very low quality. The rental shoes, I am surprised they did not fall apart. Don't get the hourly "deal". It's a waste of money when your lane totally malfunctions and they have to move you. About 15 minutes wasted, no refund on the time or anything else to say sorry we wasted 1/4 of your time. Then you watch them 1 minute later try and give the faulty lane to others and they also have to be moved. Y'all knew it wasn't working....seriously where's the common sense?! I am giving a 5 because I am grateful for this establishment providing family fun in our town. I took my kiddos and their cousins and we had a wonderful time. I was let down by the misinformation provided by the staff. Before bowling, I was told I could choose between the per-game option or the hourly option depending on the cheaper outcome. When we were done, I was informed that that is not how it works and was only given the per-game option. Had I known this we would have not played our final game.
