I’ve been going here now for a couple years and I highly recommend this place. It’s like my little secret oasis lol There is such a variety of vintage and antique things from toys, records, jewelry and much more! John and the staff(Karen and Barb) are amazing and the prices are incredible. You’d never expect to finds the things you can find in there. I spend hours in there and it’s funny to hear customers come in who have never been there before and they always say the same thing about how awesome his store is and wish they’d known about it sooner. He’s been there for 30 years so obviously he’s doing something right. It will bring back your childhood memories with the things you’ll find in there. They treat you great which is why I’ve been a loyal customer for this long now. He also buys vintage items too but call first to make sure he has a need for them because he has soooo much stuff already. I wish I’d known about this place sooner but going there about 2 years now and still amazed at what I find.They even gave me my own little bin. Things like that mean a lot to me. They really are great people and are so lucky to work in/own such a cool store. I am a reseller so most of what I buy is gone but here’s an example of just one amazing piece I picked up there. I love this store. Every time I walk in I feel like I am seeing an old friend, Jon the owner and Karen too! This unique store is not only a trip down memory lane, it is a serious collector’s shop with a multitude of various items. My house is now gleaming in beautiful colored glass. Although they have many vintage and antique toys, it is not a children’s toy store for kids to play with items, nor it is advertised as one and for good reason. I have watched kids accompanied by a parent ask to see a cool item and with the help of an employee it was easy to do. I as an adult actually knocked something down with my raincoat sleeve reaching to a higher shelf being in an hurry and it broke. Just like other stores with many fine, rare, hard to come by, unique, irreplaceable antique or delicate collectibles or toys, it is a store to carefully and slowly navigate to unearth and savor awesome items of the past. My fiance and I, along with my daughters (9 & 13) LOVE this store!! The owner Jon is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and we're very fond of him!! We sell and buy from Jon and go to the store at least 2 times every month!! We're actually waiting for them to open right now as I write this! I've never had a problem bringing my children in and trust me, they're ALWAYS touching things and looking!! If he said something to you about your kids, maybe watch YOUR KIDS because obviously you weren't!! I love that they have giftcards, I get those too so other people can go and get the chance to enjoy what we do.. What a treasure they have!...
