I had a berrios bedroom set for over 13years and decided to get a new set for the current home I'm renting with my partner. We bought a Brandon Queen Bedroom set on 1/18/2020; over 1k was payed for this, without a chest, mind you.
I can definitely say that the quality of these beds are quite cheaply made and don't last nothing compared to my berrios bedroom nor the old bedroom set that my partner used to own as well. This bedroom costed us over 1k and it only lasted a year and 4 months today. Super disappointed. Not only the bed turns out to be cheap and not worthy at all, I had issues with a delivery that never happened. Sadly all you can do is get a credit, after seeing how bad the quality is with the bed. I'm pretty much stuck with a credit that I have no faith it's worth to use on anything else. Luckily my partner didn't fall off when he got the scare of when it cracked.
It is disappointing to have payed a lot for something that doesn't even last barely anything. Will now take my business elsewhere...
Read moreI dont tend to do this google reviews but…Long story short, items that were supposed to be delivered working properly were defective. Hatillo customer support always had a different excuse. Since May until August I was claiming them what was supposed to be delivered since day one.
-bad support they don’t take ownership -not proactive -little to no communication to the customer -their exchange process seems to be different every time -Home Patio support says is coming an specific day but they leave you waiting and don’t come to your home. This happened several times. -After the exchange of items, the items they brought were defective as well. It seems they didn’t even verified it before delivering them. So a few more months passed by. On Nov 11th 2020 I bought a preordered furniture with a commitment to be delivered on 60-90 days, today almost 7 months ago still with no furniture delivered, always calling them to ask for status only with an poor answer to call them 2 weeks later, this went month after month. No ownership to help on my situation like if they were doing me a favor. Today I called after calling them 5 times this week with a promise of a definitive answer on when the delivery would take place, only to find out that in 2 weeks they will start to coordinate the delivery. This is not a way to treat customers! Do Not recommend to buy at Hatillo Store or any of the stores since they have poor customer service! Never answer emails and/or WhatsApp...
