Had a great experience at 601 Meats — the service, and vibe were all top-notch! We bought smoked ribs, smoked chicken quarters, pick 5 veggies, chuck roast, and hot honey. They have a wide variety of items to choose from - veggies, premade meals, fresh cut meats, and sauces and spices. The building is clean, wait time is minimal, and staff are super friendly and available. We have been several times in the past couple weeks. Those ribs and chicken quarters are FINE! Whether you’re looking for everyday cuts or something special, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be back — it’s great to have a local butcher you can trust!
