We bought a brand new home Sept 2023. During our walkthrough there were 2 large triangles cut out of of flooring that were poorly patched. One was in a high traffic area in the kitchen/living room the other was in our master bathroom. We requested to have it fixed, they sent 3rd parties (different people) in to repair it 4 times. Each time it got worse and worse. This has been going on literally before we even moved in. The patch jobs were just not cutting it. The flooring kept peeling up. We now have a 10' x4' area in our new home that is peeled up and a huge eye sore. We have repeatedly asked for the entire floor to be replaced, which was also suggested by the flooring person they sent in the 3rd and 4th time. That was months ago and the floors are still not fixed. We also asked to have the lights replaced, less than 6 mos of owning this "new" home over half of our recessed lights are out. These type of lights arent the kind where we can just go buy a bulb and replace them. These lights should have lasted much longer than 6 mos in a "new" home. We havent had any kind of resolution. We have sent emails and we have called and we either get no response or we get vague responses, but nothing has been done to remedy this. Timberline should be embarrassed about the "construction" and resolutions on...
Read moreDO NOT BUY FROM TIMBERLINE This has been the absolute worst home buying experience we've had, honestly we feel like we have wasted our money....Timberline was great up until we purchased the home, once home was delivered we had hell getting them out here to make repairs (trim falling, door not properly working, things falling from the ceiling, extremely excessive nail holes in all the walls, broken wall panel boards, etc.) it has been 4 months at this point and we still haven't heard from the factory about the repairs being completed. Timberline may be a cheaper option but it is NOT worth it, we wish we would have bought our home ANYWHERE else....Also if you have small children you may want to consider what appliances they put in your house... the door/handle on the Samsung stove that was installed in our home heats to 122 degrees (too hot to touch when in use) and we were told that because it doesn't reach 140 degrees they will not fix it...I can't get any answers from anyone as to when repairs will be made or when they will remedy this situation...So if you are considering this place, please save yourself the hassle and...
Read moreMy husband and I recently purchased a double wide mobile home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service we received from Ms. Jerri. From start to finish, she made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.
What truly stood out was how Ms. Jerri made us feel like family. She took the time to listen to our needs, answered every question with patience and honesty, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with every decision. We never felt rushed or pressured—just supported.
The communication was clear, the options were explained thoroughly, and we always felt like Ms. Jerri truly had our best interest at heart. Thanks to her, we found a home that fits us perfectly, and we’re so excited for this new chapter.
If you’re looking for someone who sincerely cares and treats you with respect and kindness, we highly recommend Ms. Jerri.
