Just have a few comments and questions. I purchase Safe Choice Maintenance horse feed from the Hattiesburg MS location and they are often out of stock. The surrounding locations are always in stock, this is Columbia, MS, Petal, MS, and Laurel, MS. Safe Choice does not contain molasses and has a good shelf life. Is there any way you can help this store keep this item in stock and on the shelves? Many times I have to hunt down an employee to get some from the back. Safe Choice Original is no longer manufactured, it is now called maintenance, not original. Can you please remove the original from your website selection. It's kinda like a 1970 VW. No longer produced, it does not need to be on the VW website with the new Jettas. One more thing, I can purchase Safe Choice on the website for 21.99 a bag, this makes an employee stop what they are doing, pull and store my request until I pick it up and then they bring it outside and load it in my truck, or I can pay store price at 25.49 and look around and purchase other items. Shouldn't this be the other way around or the same price like it used to be. 21.99 with no employee assistance and 25.49 for our assistance. Target has a much lower website price from the store price. This pisses customers off and makes them shop elsewhere. Bad sale practices, running customers to other vendors, and not having items in stock and on the shelves is bad for business. This affects bottom line, sales, stock prices, and year end bonuses. Thank you in...
Read moreI ordered 10 cases of pint ball regular jars on July 25, 2020 for $107.00. I had my order shipped to the Tractor Supply on 7168 US Highway 49 Hattiesburg, MS 39402. My order came in August 4, 2020. I went today August 8, 2020 to pick them up and where are they?! They RESOLD MY JARS! I paid for my jars July 25th online and they resold them August 4th, the same day they came in! I am highly disappointed and disgusted how the young man at Tractor Supply treated my mother!! He proceeded to tell her, “Well, we have a new policy, if you don’t pick your order up in 48 hours then we’ll resale them!” So my mother asked, “Can you show me that policy?” He told her, “Ma’am, I’m not getting into all of that. We’ll refund your your money within the business days they refund. And the money is probably already on your card.” They are so disrespectful! The money is not on the card and why would it be if they sent us an email saying we picked the jars up?! Exactly. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau! Not to mention, they have seen our face multiple times because we have been searching for jars nonstop, and been trying to chase the time their truck comes in and they finally told us to can order online! All in all, we can’t get our money back this way but it will help the next customer that thinks about going...
Read moreWent In shopping yesterday for supplies for my animals. We had a snow storm the day before. While shopping, I discovered it was I believe the manager in a wheelchair, talking to some customer abruptly degrading his employees on how nobody showed up the day before because(in a whiny voice) “they were too lazy to drive on the roads” A couple minutes later female employee comes up in a sentimental way, apologizing for (apparently One of the ones who was absent) for not showing up. His response was quite harsh for a “MANAGER “ to say “I don’t care, I don’t want to hear it get back to work” The look on her face just went smile to look of disappointment. no manager should lash their own anger and take it out on their employees. Anger management refresher course recommended for him. Also VERY unprofessional to be even discussing Company, business or personal matters with a customer Out in the open like that when profanity is involved. Extremely discouraged from shopping at this location, knowing that he drives morale...
