CRAIGTOWN MARKET — Local services in Havre de Grace

Ordered from the delivery today 9/4/23. Went a picked up order. Paid 67 dollars for said food. Came home and was given the wrong order. I immediately called the deli manager hung up on me. I drove the wrong part of the order back. Which I was told I gave them the wrong order number. I gave her the food and at that time was told she was not preparing the correct food for us and we would have to deal with Mike the owner so no dinner for have of our family.

9/5/23 Updated review. This morning I went into Craigtown Market to speak with Mike the owner to resolve the issue from last night. Mike was respectful and we were able to talk to each other with respect. I was given a refund for the items I didn't receive and left feeling grateful that the manager and I were able to speak to each other and resolve the issue and still having me want to do business with the store still. I recommen if you have an issue speak with Mike the owner and he will make things right. We are all just human and mistakes are made but this business will make it right when something...

Been coming to Craigtown for yrs but after tonight they lost my business forever, I ordered a cheese steak with lettuce, fried onions and ketchup, the whole time the girl was taking the order I could here some guy talking to her and it wasn't about a order, I drove up from Perryville and the same guy was still there talking to her, I grabbed my sub, paid for it and drove back to Perryville, opened it up and it had about a half of a jar of mayonnaise on it, now to most people mayo isn't any big deal but to me it can put me in the hospital due to having Crohn's disease, sorry new owner but I won't...

Today Thursday 6/24/25 apx 12:30 p.m. I was coming back from the casino and had heard so much about this place I said we'll since I come past here often let me give them a try. I was very disappointed that I wanted to order 2 of there combo specials of roast beef subs plain but wanted it heated on the grill so they would be hot and have melted cheese, the girls behind the deli said they couldn't do that, really...... Needless to say I didn't order anything. Went to my regular place where they have no problem making them...
