This is my first time being here. Idk went everyone leaves bad reviews because their disgruntled about their hair or traffic or whatever the world made them mad about. I arrived here at 0225 on 08/21/24 for a 0500 appt. I checked in with two ladies in the guard shack. They were friendly and told me where I needed to go after passing thru the gate. I backed up against the other gate and walked across to go check in with the main office. The lady in there was very pleasant too, a lady named Tara. Anyways she got me a door right away. I got backed in and with sitting in my door and unload time total was less than 2 hours. There is a huge parking lot here to arrive early if need be. I was rolling recaps so I needed too. I haven't been inside further than the window in the checkin section but I'm sure I'm missing something for a later visit. A+ so...

Got here at 08:20 for an 0900 appointment. Had to sit around and wait to get a door for over 2 hours, then sat around for another 4 hours while they took their time unloading my truck subsequently making me lose my next load...

The men's room at the parking lot is out of service so don't try to rely on that if you have to use the bathroom.

Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because most of the people were fairly friendly and it was a massive lot giving drivers way more than enough room to back up.
