⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Professionalism!

Today, Sunday, October 5th, we took my son’s bike on a trailer to have a tire replaced after he picked up a large screw in it. I had called the day before, Saturday the 4th, to confirm they had the tire in stock.

While replacing and balancing the tire, the team went above and beyond — they cleaned and lubricated the chain, checked and topped off the oil, and made a few adjustments to the bike. They then performed a quality control test ride and noticed the front forks were out of adjustment (from a wreck my son had that we hadn’t mentioned). They immediately offered a solution, and within 45 minutes, my son was back on the road.

He had to ride to work in Dawsonville, and as soon as he got over Blood Mountain, he called to say the bike was shifting smoother, the throttle response was better, and overall it rode great. We honestly expected the service to cost more than it did.

A huge thank-you to the friendly and professional staff — you’ve definitely earned our business. We’ll be bringing all of our bikes to you for service...

Just wanted to give a shout out to this dealer and the service Dept. I need a battery for my bike today and figured I would have to wait till Tuesday to find a dealer open...But this shop is open, and had my battery in STOCK! The service guy even put it on charge while I made way over there to pick it up. Very nice shop, plenty of inventory of bikes and gear, and the sales personnel all came to me to see if I had been helped. It's awesome that we now have a full service motorcycle dealer in our area.
