Got 2 stars for being nice. Checked in and gave guy my bills at 0530. Told me to go ahead and line up to one of the 2 doors and that he'd be out to cut the bolt off. Two (2) hours, at least, later he comes out and apologized saying he forgot. Okay cool, but then taking over 2 more hours to unload!!! Ridiculous! And there's barely room to maneuver and one last thing...I've picked up and/or delivered to probably 15 or better Pepsi locations and this place is by far the trashiest, nastiest one of them all.
