Really bad customer service. I had some games on hold (for a long time) and when they asked me to ship them, I did. Yesterday I received an e-mail stating that a base game in one order was out of stock (which means they resold what I had already paid for). In the same order, there was an expansion for said game, so I replied within the hour asking for a refund for the expansion too (they let you choose if you wanted to ship or refund the games). No answer and today I get an e-mail stating the expansion has been shipped. I called them right away and they said they had to contact the warehouse and would get back to me. Well, I only got an answer after I followed up with an e-mail and, surprise surprise, they could not cancel the shipping, so now I have to return the product to get a refund in store credit. In summary, none of the customer services they created worked (customer hold, communication by e-mail and phone), and although I really don't want to do business with them again, I'll have to because the refund is in store credit. Read morePlaced a preorder on 11/13/22. Reached out 11/28 for an update, a reply was sent on 11/29/22 informing me that the date had been pushed to 12/31/22. No problem, appreciated the prompt response.
Fast forward to 2/26/23 still no communication regarding my preorder. I email to ask for the ordered to be cancelled (in good taste even though I’m frustrated) and 5 business days go by until a response.
Arguably the worst communication regarding a preorder and fulfillment that I’ve ever encountered. I am aware that their customer service team is on the smaller side however that’s no excuse for poor communication.

So why 2 stars? When ordering I've had items no longer available after my order has already been placed. If I had been asked I would've simply canceled then.
But of course they don't ask. Half the order sent instead with a partial refund.
That just shows me some money is better than keeping a customer happy.
