Dollar General — Local services in Hazen

Came in on Easter Sunday for a few items and it was absolutely terrible. The first time I came in I was looking for a necklace to compliment my dress and asked the MOD, and was just told " down that isle" like which one?! And where? The store was in such a disarray that when I did finally find their "jewelry" section I was highly disappointed. It was plastic tubs with random items not only thrown in them but all over the shelves as well. I left. The next time I came in there was a lady at the cash register not in any kind of uniform, not even a name tag, literally acting like she would have rather been anywhere else but there. No greeting, no smile, and moved slower than pond water stagnating. I wish that was an understatement. I was looking for shoes and an outfit because of an unexpected beach trip and really wasn't able to find anything because of the disaster that is their "clothing section" and their shoes were on the over head shelves! How is anyone supposed to...

Store manager is very rude. Most aisles are blocked with carts. Products are always just laying on the ground. Shelves not straight and organized. Price changes are not getting done. Everyone but the store manager is nice and friendly. SM just doesn't give a toot about the quality of the store, cleanliness, etc.. It's just a job for her. It's quite sad how she runs...

Friendly was on my way back to pine bluff Ar. Stopped to get toiletries... friendly service. Store had been definitely shopped and needed serious zoning.. I wish the corporation cared more for their employees.... They work so hard and tied is everywhere we travel and visit. Please support those that make your dimmer homes a reality. And get them dome...
