I was thrilled about my decision to have a new set of speakers and a radio Saran system installed on my motorcycle. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and the initial performance exceeded my expectations. The audio quality was crisp and clear, making my rides much more enjoyable. I was truly impressed with the work done and the level of expertise demonstrated by the technicians.

However, my excitement was short-lived. A few years later, I took my motorcycle in for a routine tune-up, only to discover that the speakers had become busted and were in desperate need of replacement. This was a major disappointment, considering how good the system was. Determined to get the issue resolved, I attempted to set up an appointment with the original installer to have the speakers replaced.

To my dismay, I was met with a complete lack of response. Repeated calls and messages went unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. It seemed as though the excellent service I initially received was nowhere to be found when I needed it the most. Despite my efforts to get the speakers replaced, I was left with a malfunctioning system and no clear resolution in sight. This experience has certainly tainted my perception of the service and has made me question the reliability and customer support of the installation provider.
