Life Expressions Decor — Local services in Heath Township

I hosted a party because I enjoyed my time at a friends and my experience has been awful... I just opened my box to find an order form and all of the cups/vinyls not put together so I had to fend for myself and figure out what goes with what and guess who they were ordered by... THEN my cup was misordered by my consultant. Rather than admitting mistake and making right by sending me my right cup, she asked for me to exchange the misordered cup for the right one later. So now I either have to deal with her mistake and have a cup with the wrong colors or sit back at a party IM hosting and not make a cup.... not to mention one of my guest’s vinyls didn’t come in. When I asked about it she told me they were on back order as of 5 hours ago— but we ordered TWO WEEKS ago.... so now that guest wants a refund and the consultant is not returning her messages (or mine for that matter...)

Very very disappointed.... I could’ve paid half the price to have a friend win a cricut make these cups for me but chose to go this route by referral.... I will not make that...

Lisa Bergman Johnson was awful, I do not recommend her if you decide to use this company. We have been to 2 party’s by her and she’s not there but gets the same cut of commission to do NOTHING at all.

She waited until the day before the party to tell you she does not have the product you ordered WEEKS in advance. Now I get to hangout at a CUP party and not able to make anything.

Asked for a refund and was told that life expressions and herself do not do refunds.

Have a friend use their cricket or sillouhette to cut your vinyl needs... it’s half priced and it doesn’t take weeks.
