Dollar General — Local services in Heath

What is going on with this location?!? First off theu have not had air condition for at least a month now. I feel so badnfor the employees when they do work because the store is hot and they have big fans that do nothing but blow hot air around. 2nd because of the air they keep changing the hours and closing whenever and do not have signs to let customers know what's going on. This is one of the only stores close by a large neighborhood. You would think corporate would do what it takes to keep the doors open. All of the staff are very friendly and still smile even though their work conditions are horrible in this Texas heat. I've been living in this area for 2 month and each time I come here they never have pull ups size 3t/4t. I was here a day a truck came with inventory and returned the next day because they were supposed to get some in a month laster and they still haven't gotten any. I am writing a complaint about store 20533 it is hot as hell in that store and you all have those workers in there with no AC which is very disappointing you either need to close that store or get the AC because half of the merchandise is melting in that store and if those workers end up passing out you will be sued. I come in there everyday to speak with the workers and buy what I need but you can tell they are hot I'm not even in there for 3 minutes and I'm burning up that Is a safety hazard you either fix this or that store will be shut down for good too much stealing goes on in that...

I think this is the best stocked DG I've ever been in. It's fairly new so I'm going to have to reserve my final judgment for a year. Let's hope the manager and staff take pride in this store and keep it nice. I was impressed with the layout and variety of products. Somehow I can manage to go to that store for one thing and come out with 20! Thankfully they are reasonably priced so little impact to my budget. Can't wait to visit this store again!
