Very polite, friendly and 100% non judgmental people behind the counter when I have visited and the people who work there truly enjoy being helpful and honest about the products that sell there if its an overpriced overrated waste of money they will tell you exactly that and point you to another similar product that is not a joke . They seem to have not necessarily a bigger selection but alot better variety of items here then at most of the other toy/book/video shops in the general area. I do need to mention I was surprised to see the amount of things that were in their clearance section and they were actually real clearance prices (seriously most of the section was at least 50% off the normal retail price ) not just $2 or $5 off just 1 or 2 several hunded dollar item that you don't want anyway. And that made it not so painful to make her weekends a lot more enjoyable. We just miss Not being able to visit the adult video viewing booths . They don't seem to have those anywhere in this...

I visited this store once and it will be the last. A store associate came up to me while I was shopping and she forcefully pulled the package I was holding out of my hands. The associate was not wearing a name tag or I would've made a formal complaint with management. The store associate wouldn't give the item back either, so I had to pull it out of her hands because I wanted to purchase it. This made me very uncomfortable. Great selection but what really makes this store is the workers. Had a bad experience at a different chain store where the guy stayed right on us the whole time and you could tell he felt awkward so kept making comments about toys and what not but here they were friendly and helpful but left us to do our shopping on our own as well.
