I love Gifford's ice cream. My favorite flavor combination here is Maine Blueberry with another scoop of Coffee ice cream. Tastes like a blueberry ice coffee. This place has alot of options and alot of hard and soft serve flavors. The kids really enjoy trying all the flavors. Gifford's is literally the best ice cream if you don't eat at a place that serves home-made ice cream. Eat here if you just want a good ice cream cone. The only that sometimes stinks sometimes is you see all the awesome flavors and you order it and they say " oh I'm sorry we don't have that flavor." If you don't have the flavor put something besides the flavor like out,or take it off the board and don't make it an option. Like I just went to get my Maine blueberry and that's what I was told. The small-town feel is unmatched, and their friendly staff always makes us feel welcome. Sure, sometimes there’s a wait, but honestly, that just gives you a chance to chat with other locals in line—which is part of the charm.

The ice cream is delicious, and the seasonal specialties are such a fun touch. We’ve even found that gift cards to Scooterbugs make the perfect birthday present for kids—always a hit!

Small shop. No inside dining. Picnic tables outside. seasonal I believe. Lines are pretty big when it's hot and sunny. Real big lines in the evening. Really really good ice cream in soft serve or regular. Teenage girls that work there are quick and friendly. Just an all around really nice mom and pop shop. Oh..prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this for an ice cream shop if you're in the area or even if you're out for a ride or cruising...
