I had the best experience with Copeland’s. I was traveling with 5 children, 3 of them were 9 month old triplets. I hit a deer and caused significant damage and was unable to use the vehicle to get home. Copeland’s towed my vehicle in a timely manner on a Sunday evening. They had the parts shipped and work done in less than a week for me to travel safely with my kids back home 12 hours away. The shop was in constant communication with me so I knew what was going on and how things were progressing. They were friendly and professional and just all around amazing to work with. If I’m ever back in the area and need work done I won’t hesitate to go back to them!

Well... I mistakingly locked myself out of car in Oskaloosa Walmart parking lot.(I’m sure we have all done) Luckily I carry full coverage ins.(so I didn’t have to wake my hubby) and insurance provided me with help from Copeland auto body. Bobby, the gentleman Whom assisted me was very professional and quick at retrieving my keys and getting me back on the road and home to my family!
