I want to thank Odenthals for their service & support. My family & I are in our 2nd year of selling our family raised pork direct to consumer. There is a lot to learn & Odenthals have been patient & supportive all the while providing me with real craftsmanship of meat cutting & phenomenal sausage & smoking recipes. My customers love our products. I believe our butcher is just as important as we are as farmers. Without them we couldn't do what we do which litterally provides for our family. What a great place to visit and to find some high quality products. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases, and most times my expectations as high as they were, were exceeded. This is my number one place to find the best meat in MN. Staff is really friendly, and patient. They took the time to explain the answers to my questions in detail, and I left the store happily educated on the process they go through to bring such great meat to the public. Can't say enough good things about this business. Try some of their beef and you will understand why they get all these great reviews. I drive a long way to get there and it is totally worth it. This meat market products are good, however I piece of bone was in one of their salsa beef sticks and cracked my tooth. The dentist could't save it. Ask them for help to pay 50% of my out of pocket and I would pay the rest for the dentist bill because they had to pull my tooth out and I have to get a implant and they played the insurance game. If you ever get a bone in any of their products take a picture of the bone or cartilage better yet save it or your just out of luck. Laura the owner talked nice on the phone but didn't back up her product! I have spent a lot of my money on their product but no more. ...
