Bought a box that was on sale supposedly, next day I come to find that the box didn’t have a seal on it so water don’t go in and it rained so I put it in my truck went back and tried to return it. As I was trying to return it the lady over the front desk was saying no can’t I said why it’s still the same condition as it was yesterday and she was talking on the phone on speaker telling them about the situation and that they can’t take it back due to covid even tho she didn’t have her mask on properly and kept trying to raise her voice cause I said well maybe you can disinfectant it but she said not my job . I just said I just want my money back here’s your box and she finally did it all the extra stuff could of been resolved in a peaceful way especially when there’s was a long line . Just won’t come back that’s that and hopefully doesn’t happen to anybody else...

On 7-26-20, an employee was checking out customers and wasn't wearing a mask. She even had the audacity to tall a person behind me to pull his mask up over his nose and she didn't even have one on. I talked to her manager and explained what happened and the manager said that she did what she was supposed to. She didn't even address the fact that her employee wasn't wearing a mask. I do not like wearing one myself but when there's a mandate in effect and there's a sign on the store door that says you are unable to enter without one on then why is that employee allowed to work without one. If there was a way to leave a zero star rating, that would be my preference. Since there is not, I will, reluctantly, opt for the available one- star rating.

Almost every visit to this location has been most unpleasant, as the majority of the employees are either rude, uninformed of current sales and/or policies, or both. This has been going on for years, it isn't a new occurrence. I will typically go out of my way, driving to Marvell, West Helena, or even Helena, to avoid stopping here because of the way in which I have been treated here. I would recommend that others do the same.
